Come view the amazing work of art depicting a dinaosaur by the renowned artist ROA center in Bromölla town center!

ROA´s identity is secret and he is constantly on the move. He has created many large-scale works of art for public space in New York, Moscow, London, Berlin and several other cities around the world. The internationally renowned artist came to Bromölla and IFÖ Center's first Artist-in-Residence in August 2014. During an intensive week he created a giant mural of a Tyrannosaurus Rex skeleton on Malverkets facade. The dinosaur skeleton is painted so that it looks to fall apart in parts and some bones appear to have settled on top of the house's window rows.

ROA calls his works "contextual murals," ie, he creates the art based on both the appearance of the building and from the place where the work is. He is inspired by the history, the people and the wildlife. That ROA paints extinct animals is very unusual. This work, partly linked to Bromölla´s rich fossil findings, can be seen from Iföverkens parking right next Ifötorget in the village center.
